I went to Yorkdale, and did some shopping this week end.
I purchased 1 sweater, and 1 jacket from A/X, 1 pair of jeans from Lucky Jeans Brand, (all those are acceptable purchases seeing as I haven't been shopping in months and nothing fits me.) and 1 pair of coach shoes (THIS IS THE BAD THING....)
I don't really need a new pair of shoes... Especially not a $200.oo pair of shoes.
I like them...
They're nice.
But are they nice enough to keep???
I told my sister in law about my dilema... and she emails me this:
Hey,
I have a suggestion: KEEP THESHOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T GIVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ALL NEED A NEW PAIR OF SHOES, EVERY SOOFTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I am not only debating taking the shoes back (=> this is the right thing to do), but possibly exchanging them for a different pair (wich is the pair I originally wanted.)
What is a girl to do????

Only keep the shoes if you plan on wearing it. Otherwise return them.
Seriously, take it from one who has a gazillion shoes under her bed NOT WORN!
Its true what you say about wearing them. I just haven't purchased much in the past year so I feel like I have a lot of cathching up to do in the wardrobe dept. I'm forever wearing cargo pants and sneakers, and jeans and t shirts. I need to dressing the part of a young-ish proffessional so that I'm comforable when meeting clients.
Or even when I go on interviews. But I just don't know.
I might return them after all.
ps. I love your materialistic post!
bob said I should keep them. :) I might.0
OK, not only did I keep the shoes but I am wearing them today!
