CHICKEN CORN SOUP.

Lise came over last night and we made Chicken Corn soup.
We made a pot full of it, and all that ws left this morning was just enough for a side dish for bobs lunch.
I had to make a sandwich for him too!
Any how... the soup was REALLY GOOD!
Now my sister in law wants me to make it every week end. (I don't know about that).
I swear we were gluttons last night we all had more than one bowl full!
I thought I had made enough for an army, but we were all hungry and it tasted so good.

SO thanks to Lise, for showing me how to make on of my Hubby's favourite soups.

Pasteis de Nata

This is what I want to make this week end... :D

It's this custard filled pastry that I tried for the first time at Nade's boyfriends house. They are incredible. We had four for the road, and they were gone almost as soon as we got out of their drive way.

I'll let you know how it turns out.
